Job Summary
Conduct strategic all-source intelligence analysis by researching data from multiple sources to uncover schemes, scenarios, and correlations for historical conclusions and future event modeling. Process metadata and content using data science and emerging technologies to support AI governance planning and implementation. Relay findings to decision-makers through complex written products, formal briefings, and informal presentations tailored to senior policymakers and defense stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams and trusted advisors to deliver creative solutions for critical military decisions. Requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, ICD 203 tradecraft proficiency, and experience with analytic tools.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings
- Experience with all-source analytic tradecraft, including written deliverables using ICD 203 tradecraft
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
- Ability to work on cross-functional Agile teams with technical teammates
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with analysis, or 7+ years of experience with analysis in lieu of a degree
- Experience authoring DoD or DIA product lines and utilizing ICD 203 tradecraft standards
- Knowledge of the intelligence cycle
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or quantitative social science
- Master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or quantitative social science
- Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Candidates must be eligible for TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
