Job Summary
All-Source Intelligence Analyst supporting FPS operations: you will provide intelligence analysis support related to the analysis, processing, development, and distribution of strategic and criminal intelligence. Responsibilities include preparing all-source intelligence products (intelligence briefs, threat estimates, threat bulletins), establishing and maintaining systematic cross-referenced criminal intelligence records, receiving and processing incoming reports from security and law enforcement, determining significance and reliability of information, assisting in evaluating intelligence holdings for changes in capabilities and probable courses of action, assembling and proofreading intelligence reports, storing and retrieving criminal intelligence data, preparing criminal intelligence products, preparing threat briefs and assessments, and maintaining awareness of emerging criminal intelligence and security threats; other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret / SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution (preferred in International Studies, Intelligence, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice, or related concentration)
- At least 6 years of related experience
- Prior experience performing Open-Source Collection
- Experience researching and providing evaluations for Intelligence Information Reports (IIR)
- Knowledge of DHS FPS intelligence authorities, DHS component missions, and FPS role in supporting the DHS Intelligence Enterprise; FPS intelligence research, analysis, and production process
- Knowledge of Title 18 authorities
- Knowledge of multiple open-source areas including surface, deep, and dark web
- Knowledge of multiple collection techniques or approaches
- Knowledge of developing a collection plan and dissemination practices
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, common Open-Source tools, and DHS data systems
