Job Summary
Integrate and analyze disparate, raw data and semi-structured reports to maintain and enhance watchlisting records of individuals deemed threats to the United States. Conduct targeted research and analysis, documenting information on known or suspected terrorists and preparing nominations that meet established quality standards. Attend meetings with internal and external partners under supervision while ensuring all products adhere to applicable customer and community standards. Maintain quality standards as directed by program leadership and support initiatives designed to enhance customer tools and close capabilities gaps. This junior-level role supports national watchlisting initiatives aimed at protecting the United States within Peraton's national security mission.
Required Qualifications
- Current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of analytic methodologies and tradecraft
- Ability to apply those skills within the intelligence cycle
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to work within existing standard operating procedures
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues with support from leadership
