Job Summary
All-Source Analyst to support a rotating-shift analyst role at the Pentagon supporting intelligence collection, analysis, and product development to ICD 203 standards. Requires TS/SCI with CI Poly. Schedule follows a 5-week rotation cycling through days, swings, and nights with admin/recovery and on-call weeks. Core duties include developing and coordinating key lines of effort, building POAMs, determining objectives and scope, scheduling and assessing projects, facilitating working groups, communicating with senior leadership, and leveraging analytic/planning methodologies; integrating Defense and National intelligence support capabilities into DoD operational planning; developing campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time-sensitive planning per JOPES; assisting with red-teaming and intelligence operations feasibility assessments; seeking improved coordination and efficiency across the agency. Preferred qualifications include PMP or IPC/JAWS certifications; willingness to travel as needed; no relocation; ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift 20 pounds; and capability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in intelligence planning, or 6+ years of experience in intelligence planning in lieu of a degree
- Experience in a Joint Staff or COCOM
- Knowledge of the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System
- Ability to work independently, meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and develop and maintain relationships across the IC, DoD, and partners
- Ability to facilitate planning, prioritization, and synchronization of client activities to achieve effects that gain and sustain military advantage
