Job Summary
Conduct all-source analysis from multiple intelligence disciplines to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues and cyber threats. Research, evaluate, and deconflict single-source classified reporting, technical intrusion data, finished intelligence, and open-source information. Categorize and characterize cyber threats and malware to identify trends and changes in adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures. Produce finished intelligence products adhering to ICD 203 analytic standards and assist in developing briefings for USCYBERCOM staff. Coordinate with IC counterparts and support offensive and defensive cyber operations planning. Respond promptly to Requests for Information and assist in authoring Operating Instructions. Maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph and possess 8+ years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph
- Minimum of 9 years w/o a degree or 7 years with AS/AA or 5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA or 0 years with PhD
- Working knowledge of all-source analytic concepts, IC/DoD classification guidelines, and structured analytic techniques
- Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, assessments, and briefing materials in Microsoft Office formats
- Proficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information, recognizing nuances and resolving contradictions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated grammar proficiency
- Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations across technical sensors and HUMINT sources
- Experience entering validated entity information into MIDB or SURGE
- Background in cyber threat analysis, malware characterization, or DoDIN defense
- Experience producing products in accordance with ICD 203, 206, 208, and 209 standards
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including work within the last 2 years
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- DoD Directive 8570.01 IAT Level 1 or IAM Level 1 certification
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with: Tripwire, Intellipedia, Palantir, MIDB, CyberCOP, Microsoft OneNote
- Familiarity with: Target Knowledge Base, Cyber Threat Matrix, AMHS, WISE, Network Knowledge Base, FoxTrail, CENTAUR, ispace, Pathfinder
- Experience producing products in accordance with ICD 206, 208, and 209 standards
