Job Summary
Produce daily current intelligence briefs and products supporting DoDIN, USCYBERCOM, and component operations. Articulate adversary doctrine, objectives, and technical capabilities to inform operational decision-making. Conduct all-source analysis fusing SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and technical intrusion data to develop a comprehensive threat picture. Adhere to ODNI and DIA analytic tradecraft standards across ICD 203, 206, 208, and 209. Respond promptly to Requests for Information within current intelligence timelines and coordinate with IC counterparts to ensure accurate intelligence products. Author and maintain Operating Instructions for Command-wide programs. Requires Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph and 12+ years of relevant experience. Located at Fort Meade, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph
- Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD
- Working knowledge of all-source analytic concepts, current intelligence production, and IC/DoD classification guidelines
- Demonstrated adherence to IC analytic tradecraft standards: ICD 203, 206, 208, and 209
- Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, assessments, and briefing materials in Microsoft Office formats
- Proficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information, recognizing nuances and resolving contradictions under time pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated grammar proficiency
- Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations across technical sensors and HUMINT sources
- 12+ years of relevant experience, including work within the last 2 years
- Master's degree in a related field — or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 additional years of senior-level experience (17 years total)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with all-source analysis tools: Tripwire, Intellipedia, Palantir, MIDB, CyberCOP, Microsoft OneNote
- Familiarity with: Target Knowledge Base, Cyber Threat Matrix, AMHS, WISE, Network Knowledge Base, FoxTrail, CENTAUR, ispace, Pathfinder
- Background in cyber threat analysis, DoDIN defense, or USCYBERCOM current intelligence production
- Experience producing daily current intelligence products in a joint or combatant command environment
- Familiarity with USCYBERCOM J2 battle rhythm, PIRs, and current intelligence reporting requirements
