Job Summary
Conduct all-source analysis from SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and technical intrusion data to assess, interpret, and forecast national security issues and cyber threats. Categorize adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and produce finished intelligence products adhering to ICD 203 standards for General Officer and Flag Officer audiences. Provide JIPOE support to offensive and defensive cyber operations planning while developing intelligence briefings and maintaining communications with IC counterparts and DHS/NCSD. Author Operating Instructions for Command-wide programs and respond promptly to Requests for Information. Maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph and attend to on-call surge support during contingency operations.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph
- Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with Phd
- Working knowledge of all-source analytic concepts, IC/DoD classification guidelines, and structured analytic techniques
- Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, assessments, and briefing materials in Microsoft Office formats
- Proficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information, recognizing nuances and resolving contradictions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated grammar proficiency
- Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations across technical sensors and HUMINT sources
- Availability for on-call surge support with less than 24-hour notice during contingency operations
- Experience entering validated entity information into MIDB or SURGE
- Background in cyber threat analysis, malware characterization, or DoDIN defense
- Experience producing products in accordance with ICD 203, 206, 208, and 209 standards
- 12+ years of relevant experience, including work within the last 2 years
- Master's degree in a related field — or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 additional years of senior-level experience (17 years total)
- DoD Directive 8570.01 IAT Level 1 or IAM Level 1 certification

- Experience with: Tripwire, Intellipedia, Palantir, MIDB, CyberCOP, Microsoft OneNote
- Familiarity with: Target Knowledge Base, Cyber Threat Matrix, AMHS, WISE, Network Knowledge Base, FoxTrail, CENTAUR, ispace, Pathfinder
- Experience producing products in accordance with ICD 206, 208, and 209 standards
