Job Summary
Crew Members deliver positive guest experiences while preparing food and beverages according to operational and quality standards to all our guests. Will be working as a team in a fast-paced environment giving guests a reason to return. Responsibilities include greeting and serving guests, anticipating needs, operating coffee, sandwich, and other equipment, handling POS transactions with accuracy, maintaining clean workstations and guest areas, and following policies and safety guidelines. Skills include fluency in English, ability to count money and make change, and operation of restaurant equipment. The role is part-time with opportunities for growth, and the employer offers benefits for full-time staff and a management training pathway. The position is with a franchisee of Dunkin Donuts located in Warwick, Rhode Island.
