All-Rounder role combining reception and housekeeping at Queenstown Lakeview Holiday Park. Responsibilities include providing friendly, professional reception service (check-ins/outs, guest enquiries, reservations, phone/email communications), maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation for rooms, cabins, and communal facilities, supporting daily housekeeping operations and laundry, stock replenishment, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations. Flexible across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience in housekeeping or reception or similar hospitality role
