Job Summary
Lead assigned All-Ripken Games teams during practices and games, delivering position-specific instruction, player feedback, and line management while ensuring equal playing time and roster compliance. Create a positive, instructional, and competitive environment that upholds player safety standards, tournament rules, and the All-Ripken brand ambassadorship. Collaborate with field coordinators and umpires to maintain smooth game flow, strictly adhering to the "Always Be Coaching" expectation of energetic engagement and zero phone usage on the field. Serve as a positive ambassador for Unrivaled Sports, fostering an atmosphere focused on development, respect, and fun for elite youth athletes during the August 17–20, 2026 event in Flemington, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Collegiate coaching experience (Baseball or Softball)
- High School or Collegiate-level playing experience or higher
- Strong understanding of player development, game strategy, and positional instruction
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience coaching elite youth athletes or showcase events
- Ability to effectively communicate with athletes, parents, and event staff
- Professional demeanor and strong leadership presence
- Passion for teaching, mentorship, and athlete development
