Job Summary
Lead assigned All-Ripken Games teams during practices and games, creating a positive, instructional, and competitive environment for elite youth athletes. Provide position-specific instruction, manage lineups and pitch counts per event rules, and ensure adherence to roster guidelines while collaborating with field coordinators and umpires. Uphold player safety standards and serve as a brand ambassador during the August 6-9, 2026 event at Rocker B Ranch. Maintain professional demeanor with no phone usage on the field, fostering an atmosphere focused on development, respect, and fun for athletes and families.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Collegiate coaching experience (Baseball or Softball)
- High School or Collegiate-level playing experience or higher
- Strong understanding of player development, game strategy, and positional instruction
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience coaching elite youth athletes or showcase events
- Ability to effectively communicate with athletes, parents, and event staff
- Professional demeanor and strong leadership presence
- Passion for teaching, mentorship, and athlete development
