Job Summary
Lead assigned All-Ripken Games teams during practices and games, delivering position-specific instruction and player feedback while managing lineups, substitutions, and pitch counts. Create a positive, instructional, and competitive environment that ensures equal playing time and strict adherence to event rules and safety standards. Collaborate with field coordinators, umpires, and staff to maintain smooth game flow, serving as a positive ambassador of the Unrivaled Sports brand. Maintain professionalism, integrity, and sportsmanship with zero phone usage on the field, fostering an atmosphere focused on development, respect, and fun. Work alongside elite coaches from across the country to coach top-tier talent in this nationally recognized event series.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Collegiate coaching experience (Baseball or Softball)
- High School or Collegiate-level playing experience or higher
- Strong understanding of player development, game strategy, and positional instruction
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience coaching elite youth athletes or showcase events
- Ability to effectively communicate with athletes, parents, and event staff
