Job Summary
Lead assigned All-Ripken Games teams during practices and games, creating a positive, instructional, and competitive environment for elite youth athletes. Provide position-specific instruction, manage lineups and pitch counts per event rules, and ensure adherence to roster guidelines. Collaborate with field coordinators, umpires, and staff to maintain smooth game flow while upholding player safety standards. Serve as a brand ambassador during the July 16–19, 2026 event in Manteca. Represent Unrivaled Sports alongside elite coaches from across the country in this nationally recognized series.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Collegiate coaching experience (Baseball or Softball)
- High School or Collegiate-level playing experience or higher
- Strong understanding of player development, game strategy, and positional instruction
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience coaching elite youth athletes or showcase events
- Ability to effectively communicate with athletes, parents, and event staff
- Professional demeanor and strong leadership presence
- Passion for teaching, mentorship, and athlete development
