Job Summary
Lead and coach assigned All-Ripken Games teams during practices and games from August 17th-20th, 2026, in Flemington, NJ. Create a positive, instructional, and competitive environment while providing position-specific instruction, managing lineups, substitutions, and pitch counts per event rules, and ensuring adherence to All-Ripken roster guidelines. Collaborate with Field Coordinators, umpires, and event staff to maintain smooth game flow, uphold player safety standards, and serve as a brand ambassador. Required Qualifications
- High School or Collegiate coaching experience (Baseball or Softball)
- High School or Collegiate-level playing experience or higher
