Job Summary
Lead assigned All-Ripken Games teams during practices and games, providing position-specific instruction and player feedback. Create a positive, instructional, and competitive environment while managing lineups, substitutions, and pitch counts in accordance with event rules. Collaborate with Field Coordinators, umpires, and event staff to maintain smooth game flow and uphold all player safety standards and tournament rules. Serve as a positive ambassador of the All-Ripken and Unrivaled Sports brand. Work alongside elite coaches from across the country to coach top-tier talent in this nationally recognized event series.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Collegiate coaching experience (Baseball or Softball)
- High School or Collegiate-level playing experience or higher
- Strong understanding of player development, game strategy, and positional instruction
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience coaching elite youth athletes or showcase events
- Ability to effectively communicate with athletes, parents, and event staff
- Professional demeanor and strong leadership presence
- Passion for teaching, mentorship, and athlete development
