Job Summary
Lead assigned All-Ripken Games teams during practices and games while creating a positive, instructional, and competitive environment for elite youth athletes. Provide position-specific instruction, manage lineups and pitch counts per event rules, and ensure adherence to roster guidelines. Collaborate with field coordinators, umpires, and staff to maintain smooth game flow and uphold all safety standards. Serve as a positive ambassador of the All-Ripken and Unrivaled Sports brand. Available September 4th-7th, 2026, for this seasonal event in Aberdeen, MD. Work alongside elite coaches across the country to deliver a memorable experience for athletes and families.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Collegiate coaching experience (Baseball or Softball)
- High School or Collegiate-level playing experience or higher
- Strong understanding of player development, game strategy, and positional instruction
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience coaching elite youth athletes or showcase events
- Ability to effectively communicate with athletes, parents, and event staff
- Professional demeanor and strong leadership presence
