Job Summary
Lead assigned All-Ripken Games teams during practices and games, delivering a first-class developmental and competitive experience for elite youth athletes. Provide position-specific instruction, manage lineups and pitch counts per event rules, and collaborate with field coordinators and umpires to maintain smooth game flow. Uphold player safety standards, ensure equal playing time, and serve as a positive brand ambassador while fostering an environment focused on development, respect, and fun. Work alongside elite coaches across the country during the September 11-13, 2026 event series, representing Unrivaled Sports' commitment to excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High School or Collegiate coaching experience (Baseball or Softball)
- High School or Collegiate-level playing experience or higher
- Strong understanding of player development, game strategy, and positional instruction
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience coaching elite youth athletes or showcase events
- Ability to effectively communicate with athletes, parents, and event staff
- Professional demeanor and strong leadership presence
