Job Summary
Execute wine process orders, operate machinery including case packers, fillers, labelers, and various filters, and perform sanitation and delivery tasks. Utilize forklifts and clamp-lifts to stage, load, and deliver empty glass and finished product across bottling, warehouse, and cellar departments. Read tape measures accurately and record information legibly while working with chemicals safely in a team environment. This role requires proficiency in at least four essential functions and the ability to work Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 7:30 pm, with flexibility for overtime and any shift assignments. Candidates must have at least one year of manufacturing experience in the food, beverage, or alcohol industries.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older at time of hire
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to pass the pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must be able to work any shift and overtime as required
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at varying frequencies
- Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, standing, and twisting in a loud environment
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a manufacturing environment (food/beverage industry preferred)
- Must have excellent work ethic
