Job Summary
Greet guests upon arrival, manage seating arrangements, and take accurate orders using the POS system. Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining cleanliness of FOH areas, tables, floors, and restrooms. Collaborate with kitchen staff for precise delivery, answer menu questions, handle cash and credit transactions, and adhere to health and safety regulations. Participate in training and team meetings to enhance service skills. This role requires experience in hospitality, strong communication abilities, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic math skills
- Proficiency in using POS systems
- Willingness to learn POS systems
