Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the All Day Dining restaurant, supervising the service team to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. Coordinate reservations, manage guest seating, and handle inquiries while monitoring service quality and enforcing hygiene standards. Lead, motivate, and train staff to uphold luxury hospitality protocols, resolving operational challenges and collaborating with Culinary, Reservations, and Housekeeping departments. Maintain compliance with hotel policies and support team development within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in food and beverage service
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Thorough understanding of luxury hospitality standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle guest concerns diplomatically and effectively
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work closely with Culinary, Stewarding, Reservations, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
Desired Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field
- Experience within a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, or international hospitality environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
- Proficiency in reservation platforms
- Additional language skills
