All Day Dining Server

All Day Dining Server provides attentive and personalized service at the hotel’s all-day dining establishment, taking orders, recommending menu items, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages, and leveraging strong knowledge of menu ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary restrictions to assist guests. The role requires a warm, professional demeanor, excellent guest service, clear communication, teamwork across kitchen and service staff, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced luxury-hospitality environment, and flexibility to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Prior experience in food & beverage service within a hotel, fine dining, or luxury hospitality environment (1–2 years preferred) and a high school diploma or equivalent are emphasized competencies, with additional hospitality training or certifications considered advantageous. Proficiency in English is preferred, with additional languages an advantage for serving an international clientele.
