Job Summary
The All Day Dining Hostess role involves welcoming restaurant guests, managing reservations, and guiding guests to tables with warm, professional, and personalized service. Acts as the first point of contact and collaborates with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth dining operations. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus) and a strong guest-service orientation. Requires attention to detail, diplomacy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury-hotel environment; knowledge of food and beverage service, dining etiquette, and a polished professional appearance. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Education: minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/hotel management education is advantageous.
