All-Around Rooms Candidate

Conduct orientation to company culture, customers, and local community resources including housing and transportation. Inspect guest rooms and public spaces for compliance; assist in scheduling attendants; provide training, coaching, and counseling for team performance. Manage front desk operations by overseeing agents, handling walk-over procedures, maintaining hourly house counts, and resolving guest concerns. Produce schedules, review assignments, adjust staffing levels, and maximize occupancy and revenue through upselling techniques and yield management strategies.
