Job Summary
Perform alignments on commercial trucks, trailers, and other vehicles using alignment equipment. Inspect suspension, steering, and related systems for wear or damage, then diagnose and recommend corrective measures for handling, tire wear, and alignment issues. Install and adjust steering and suspension components as needed while maintaining accurate service records and updating work orders. Operate equipment and tools safely, communicate clearly with service writers and customers, and assist with other mechanical or tire-related work. Follow all company safety policies and quality standards. Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 100 lbs. required. Available for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift/move tires and parts weighing up to 100 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance
- Knowledge of alignment equipment and specifications
