Job Summary
Aligns vehicles by performing brake, front-end, and alignment maintenance and related mechanical work in accordance with company programs and procedures. Ensures orderly workflow and customer service, delivers high-quality inspections and alignments, and communicates findings for invoicing. Supports store safety, training of new personnel, and achievement of service, sales, and productivity quotas. Maintains PPE compliance, operates both automatic and manual transmissions safely, and remains adaptable to outdoor conditions and hazardous materials handling. Preferred skills include High School diploma/GED, ASE certifications, and experience in automotive shop environments.
