Job Summary
Alignment Technician with responsibilities including performing brake, front-end, and alignment maintenance and related mechanical work, diagnosing and repairing vehicles, ensuring accurate documentation for invoicing, maintaining customer service flow, ensuring vehicle inspections and safety standards, supporting store productivity and achieving service-related quotas, training new personnel, and leveraging purchase programs and safety policies. Requires automotive aptitude, ASE certifications preferred, and ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced shop environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience as a lube/tire/service technician
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)
- Two or more years of experience in an automotive shop environment (preferred)
- Appropriate ASE certifications (preferred)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
