Job Summary
Alignment Technician responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and correcting alignment and suspension issues to ensure proper vehicle handling and safety. Duties include aligning wheels, axles, frames, and steering components using precision alignment equipment; mounting and balancing tires; conducting vehicle inspections; and completing general service work. Must maintain safety standards, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and communicate findings clearly to customers. Emphasis on detailed diagnostics, accurate repairs, and teamwork to support department goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of Alignment Technician experience or successful completion of an applicable post-secondary vocational or technical program in automotive repair or alignment
- Proficient with automotive repair tools and equipment, including wheel alignment racks, tire changers, wheel balancers, hydraulic jacks, and basic welding and testing tools
- Valid Drivers’ Licenses
Desired Qualifications
