Job Summary
Conduct remote standards and alignment reviews, maintaining and updating client templates as technology or environments change. Develop technical knowledge of assigned client environments while performing thorough checks of information and documentation. Uphold best practices, identify technical risks, and collaborate with internal teams to improve client infrastructure remotely. Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to attend meetings and manage relationships, reporting recommendations to the vCIO. Review project results for quality and execution, while assisting in staff training and maintaining company documentation. Work full-time (40 hours) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST with a home office setup including a Windows 11 or macOS 12 machine, stable internet, and HD webcam.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years plus previous experience in IT administration and/or technical support experience, or equivalent
- Knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware and software applications
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of network and workstation operating systems, and Microsoft Windows operating system
- Demonstrated experience with web and internet technologies
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- High level organizational, coordination and prioritization skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies
- Show initiative when undertaking tasks
- Able to work well both within a team environment and autonomously

- A home office set up that meets the following: Windows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7 (8th generation or newer), or AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (2000 series or newer), or macOS 12 or newer
- A working computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM
- Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download and upload speeds
- A quality headset with a noise-cancellation feature for meetings
- A smartphone capable of installing the Microsoft Authenticator app
- An HD webcam for video calls

- Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written
- Able to work full time for 40 hrs. a week: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Monday to Friday)
- Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments
- Preferably, at least two of the following certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, 3cx Basic Certified Engineer
- Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants)
