Alignment and Mechanical Technician

Job Summary
Perform mechanical repairs, replacements, and general service to motor vehicles. Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to internal and external customers with a focus on customer satisfaction. Read and follow OSHA regulations and repair manuals; raise vehicles with hydraulic jacks or lifts; use air tools and heavy hand tools; remove or replace mounted tire assemblies; document work on work orders/invoices; adhere to safety equipment and procedures; maintain tools and equipment; ensure proper paperwork accompanies all products; may require state inspection license and/or alignment certification and a valid driver’s license (CDL may be required); physical ability to lift up to 100-150 pounds; work in varied warehouse conditions; strong team and communication skills and a proactive, safety-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years related work experience and/or appropriate schooling in lieu of experience.
- Language skills to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Valid driver’s license; CDL may be required.
- State inspection license and/or alignment certification may be required.
