Job Summary
The FUSE Executive Fellow will join the City of Los Angeles Office of Public Accountability to support economic and financial analysis of LADWP investments, budgets, and customer programs, and translate complex utility projects into customer-centered recommendations. Responsibilities include conducting landscape analyses, developing advocacy-ready reports, building advanced analytic frameworks for benefits realization and affordability program evaluation, and embedding durable oversight practices within OPA. The fellowship runs October 26, 2026 through October 22, 2027 (year-one discovery and strategy, year-two implementation options), with a fixed annual salary of $95,000 and health/dental/vision benefits. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, collaborative stakeholder engagement, and the design of scalable tools and templates to inform decision-making and improve ratepayer outcomes. The position requires deep expertise in organizational transformation, strategic planning, and complex policy analysis across government and utility contexts.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in organizational transformation and change management
- strong synthesis of complex information into actionable recommendations
