Job Summary
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce applications within banking and financial services projects. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing of complex configurations, including Objects, Flows, Validation Rules, and APIs. Validate integrations between Salesforce and external banking systems using tools like Postman, while identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through Jira. Collaborate with developers and business analysts to support UAT, production validation, and continuous improvement of QA processes. Ensure appropriate test coverage for critical workflows and provide clear reporting on quality and release readiness.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of overall experience in Software Testing / QA
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing
- Experience working on Banking / BFSI projects
- Strong experience in functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and CRM functionality
- Experience testing Salesforce Flows, Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Profiles, Roles, Permissions, Reports, and Dashboards
- Experience with API testing and third-party integrations
- Good knowledge of SQL/database testing
- Experience with defect management tools such as Jira
- Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, test methodologies, and defect life cycle
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
