Job Summary
Optimize existing bidding strategies and design new ones by formulating problems mathematically and applying control-theoretic methods to analyze closed-loop dynamics. Lead algorithm engineers while partnering with engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable production solutions that directly influence advertiser ROI. Drive deep analysis of complex feedback effects and leverage agent-based coding tools to accelerate development. Manage the Bidding Strategies Algo team within the TLV office, contributing to the organization's growth in the agentic development era.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced academic training (MSc/PhD)
- strong grounding in applied mathematics
- strong grounding in optimization
- strong grounding in control theory
- or a related quantitative field
- Strong Algorithmic Problem-Solving Experience (6+ years)
- 2+ years of Managerial or Technical Leadership Experience
- Production-Grade Algorithm Engineering Experience
- Experience Driving Measurable Business Impact Through Algorithmic Improvements
- Experience interfacing effectively with engineering teams to deliver complex algorithms into production
- Experience leveraging agent-based coding tools to accelerate development, experimentation, and code quality
