Job Summary
Research, design, and develop advanced algorithms for 3D metrology applications, focusing on computer vision, machine learning, and 3D structure deconvolution. Build statistical and probabilistic models to analyze complex datasets and signals, improving measurement accuracy and robustness for semiconductor structures. Drive algorithm research from concept to implementation and validation, collaborating closely with physicists, system engineers, and software developers. This role requires an M.Sc. or Ph.D. in a quantitative field and experience in signal processing and machine learning. Located in Rehovot, Israel, the team develops next-generation metrology solutions that enable accurate measurement and analysis of semiconductor structures, directly impacting the manufacturing industry.
Required Qualifications
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Experience in Computer Vision, including image registration and segmentation
- Solid background in Signal Processing and Estimation Theory, including statistical modeling and Maximum Likelihood estimation
- Experience with Machine Learning algorithms, optimization techniques, and performance analysis
- Strong programming and algorithm development capabilities
- Fast learner with a research-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time

- Experience with SEM imaging and semiconductor metrology applications
