ALF Resident Assistant

Provide personal care and assistance to residents in their home environment, including bath and hygiene care, meal assistance, transfers, and ambulation support. Perform observations to gather data on residents' needs and assist with housekeeping duties such as laundry, room and common area cleaning, and dining room preparation. Serve meals to residents and lead daily activities while communicating with the Named Supervisor, residents, and families. Complete documentation per protocol and comply with health and safety policies.
