Job Summary
RN/LPN floor nurse in an assisted living facility. Lead licensed and non-professional staff in delivering direct resident care; take and record vital signs; monitor patient progress and side effects; administer injections and prescribed medications; provide emotional support; communicate with residents’ families; ensure confidentiality and adhere to nursing best practices; familiarize with Point Click Care. Full-time and part-time positions available with benefits including medical/dental/vision, HSA, FSA, PTO, and life insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license/registration
- Experience in assisted living or geriatrics
- Familiarity with assisted living procedures
- Knowledge of Point Click Care
- Confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
