Job Summary
ALE Assistant Principal will oversee and implement high-quality local assessments to meet state requirements, administer the districts assessment program, enforce discipline and conduct guidelines, develop policies on discipline and attendance, communicate procedures to students/parents, collaborate district-wide on educational programs, mentor staff, supervise curriculum and safety initiatives, manage school climate, and prepare required reports. The role includes supervising personnel, developing new programs aligned with current research, ensuring a safe learning environment, and supporting administrators in building operations and events. Requires AR licensure and a Masters Degree with administrative experience preferred.

- Administrative experience preferred
- Relevant experience as a classroom teacher required
