Job Summary
Supervise team members serving alcohol and ensure compliance with state, federal, and local laws. Observe and document alcohol-related issues, answer service questions, and assist with alcohol cut-offs. Verify that all serving staff hold valid permits and signed policy acknowledgments before shifts begin. Provide feedback and coaching to team members across varied experience levels. This seasonal role requires working nights, weekends, holidays, and events, with a minimum age of 21 and a valid pourer's permit. The position is located at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida, where Delaware North will lead concessions and food and beverage services for the future home of Inter Miami CF.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid, unexpired alcohol pourer's permit required prior to being hired
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide feedback and coaching to team members with varied experience levels
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and downstairs and lifting as the work duties demand
- May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season
