Alcohol Compliance Representative - FirstBank Amphitheater

Job Summary
Under the direction of management, ensures responsible service of alcohol throughout the building in accordance with state and company policies. Assists staff with alcohol-related issues and observes/document alcohol-related issues. Monitors adherence to Legends Alcohol Policy and assists with alcohol cut-off. Supervises the serving of alcohol by game-day staff, completes inventory at assigned locations, and maintains a friendly, professional demeanor. Requires knowledge of the food and beverage menu, venue layout, guest service excellence, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must meet state/local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services; able to move quickly, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 30 pounds.
