Job Summary
Perform customized skincare treatments, create personalized treatment plans, and educate clients on home care and product recommendations. Maintain accurate client documentation, follow sanitation and infection control standards, and keep treatment spaces clean and organized. Assist with opening and closing responsibilities, including stocking rooms, laundry, and daily spa operations. Support front desk operations, guest communication, and retail education during dedicated client experience shifts. Participate in ongoing education, team meetings, and hands-on training while building long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up.
Required Qualifications
- Current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology license
- Ability to work a full-time schedule
- Current availability for Thursday through Sunday
- Flexibility as business needs evolve while we grow into seven-day operations
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

- Frequent walking between floors throughout the day, as the treatment room is located on the second level of the spa
- Climbing stairs multiple times during each shift
- Bending, kneeling, reaching, and performing repetitive hand and arm movements
- Lifting and carrying up to 10–15 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier items with assistance
