Alberta MD Lead

Lead growth and development of Rocket Doctor's medical practice in Alberta by collaborating with the Clinical Leadership Team to onboard new physicians, optimize clinical operations, and develop the brand and product for the province. Liaise with provincial health authorities to ensure efficient practices, investigate patient and physician concerns, and support the Provider Success team in recruitment and retention. Maintain regular communication with practicing physicians through Slack channels and quarterly meetings, while troubleshooting roadblocks and providing guidance on billing and virtual care protocols. Assist in developing the physician handbook and coordinating community-building events to foster a supportive network across the region.
