Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive adult cardiac surgical care including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair, aortic surgery, and transcatheter aortic valve replacements. Lead program development, quality improvement, and clinical research initiatives while mentoring residents, medical students, and fellows. Collaborate with cardiology and anesthesia teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within a growing academic setting. Requires board certification in adult cardiac surgery, at least two years post-fellowship experience, and a current operative case log.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO or related degree
- board certification or eligibility in Adult Cardiac Surgery
- At least 2 years of clinical experience post fellowship training
- Clinically oriented
