Job Summary
Alarm Service Technician responsible for servicing bank equipment and security systems (ATM facilities, industrial gates, fire alarms) in financial, commercial, and residential settings around Oklahoma City. Responsibilities include analyzing malfunctions, repairing/replacing defective electronic, electrical, and mechanical components, testing equipment to ensure defects are corrected, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Must be proficient with hand tools, perform troubleshooting, and provide strong customer service. This role requires physical work (climbing, lifting up to 75 lbs), ability to read drawings and manuals, and on-call availability with a typical Monday–Friday schedule. Education/experience prerequisites include a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
