Job Summary
Alarm Service Technician responsible for servicing bank equipment and security systems (including ATM facilities, industrial gates, and fire alarms) in the Greater St. Louis, MO area. Responsibilities include analyzing malfunctions, replacing defective electronic/electrical/mechanical components, testing equipment, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies, completing paperwork accurately, and contributing to a safe, productive workplace. Requires troubleshooting ability, hand-tool proficiency, customer service skills, and readiness to work across varied environments; typical hours Monday–Friday with on-call availability. Education must include a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of related experience; knowledge of systems such as Bosch, Brivo, DMP, Diebold, Hamilton, Skilcraft, Ademco, CCTV, and NCR ATMs is preferred.
