Job Summary
Monitor facility operations at the Chemical Defense Training Facility by overseeing utility equipment and reporting critical conditions to management. Perform physical checks on chillers, boilers, air handlers, electrical motors, VFDs, water heaters, exhaust fans, autoclaves, washers, and dryers while analyzing and resolving work problems or assisting maintenance staff. Analyze Building Automated System (BAS) activities and demonstrate attention to detail with comprehensive analytical skills. Wear a full-faced respirator and appropriate PPE when needed. This role requires climbing stairs and moderate walking. Candidates must be available for 2nd shift (3 PM to 11:30 PM) or 3rd shift (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM), with schedule dependent on vacancy.
Required Qualifications
- 2nd and 3rdShift is required
- 2nd shift 3 PM � 1130 PM
- 3rd shift 1100 PM � 0730 AM
- Must be able to wear a full-faced respirator with accompanying PPE and perform duties if needed
- Position requires climbing stairs /moderate amount of walking
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of work experience with facility maintenance
- Knowledge of a (BAS)
