Job Summary
Lead a cross-functional team in developing and sustaining scalable COTS and internally developed software and hardware for the Alarm Communication & Display product. Manage the Systems Engineering Development Lifecycle, including requirements management, system modeling, and cost/schedule/EVMS tracking. Apply technical standards and methodologies to deliver solutions that meet challenging customer requirements through negotiation and win-win outcomes. Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation within the research-oriented security environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire
- U.S. Government security investigation eligibility
- Eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- U.S. citizenship
