Job Summary
Lead a cross-functional team in the development and sustainment of scalable COTS and internally developed software and hardware for the Alarm Communication & Display product. Manage the systems development life cycle, including requirements management, system modeling, and spiral development methodologies. Apply technical standards to deliver solutions that meet challenging customer requirements through negotiation and win-win approaches. This role requires a Department of Defense Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship. The position is fully on-site at the Pittsfield, MA facility with optional remote work. Flexible schedules are available, including an option for every other Friday off.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire
- U.S. Government security investigation eligibility
- Eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- U.S. citizenship
