Alarm Call Handler (Part-Time PM)

Job Summary
Be the first response when it matters most in Verisure’s Alarm Call Handling team. You’ll work from the Newcastle Centre of Excellence in a part-time role, responding quickly to alarm activations, monitoring signals, reviewing images, and coordinating the appropriate response. Responsibilities include contacting emergency services when required, making fast and accurate decisions following security protocols, handling inbound customer calls with reassurance, and making outbound updates to customers. The role emphasizes calm, confident communication under pressure, strong problem-solving and data-entry accuracy, and a team-focused attitude. Training is provided, with full-time training for 4 weeks followed by ongoing development and opportunities within a 24/7 monitoring operation. A DBS check and SIA licences are required and fully supported by the employer.

- SIA Licence (UK) and Private Security Authority Licence (IE) - fully supported and funded by Verisure
