Alarm Call Handler (Part-Time AM)

Alarm Call Handler role based in Newcastle (Part-Time AM shifts). Respond to alarm activations quickly and accurately, monitor signals, assess incidents, contact emergency services when required, and manage inbound/outbound calls to reassure customers. Roles includes preventing false alarms, identifying technical issues, and escalating as needed. Full training will be provided; DBS check and SIA Licence are required. Training period is full-time for 4 weeks prior to starting part-time schedule. 24 hours per week across AM shifts (7:00am–12:00pm) with a pro-rata starting salary of £25,500 rising to £26,500 with progression, plus a range of benefits such as 29 days annual leave, private healthcare options, and various employee perks.
