Alarm and Automation Field Technician

Job Summary
Install, service, and troubleshoot alarm systems, video surveillance, and smart home automation devices including cameras, locks, and thermostats. Run and terminate low voltage wiring in attics, walls, and crawlspaces while performing system takeovers, upgrades, and service calls. Configure equipment, assist with app setup, and document all work performed including job notes and recommendations. Maintain professional jobsite cleanliness and communicate effectively with customers and internal staff. Requires 2+ years of security systems experience, valid driver's license, and own hand tools. Preferred experience includes Alarm.com and Qolsys/DSC/Honeywell/2GIG systems.
