Job Summary
Lead site operations, production, labor, and profitability by providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and managing memberships and loyalty programs. Maintain a clean, safe site and ensure all equipment, mechanicals, and chemical systems function at optimum capability. Address equipment issues immediately, manage labor and expenses, and ensure the location is staffed daily. Respond to congested areas based on business flow fluctuations and maintain brand standards. Follow all procedural, operational, and safety guidelines while conducting weekly coaching and performance reviews. This role requires a minimum of 45 hours per week including weekends and holidays, with physical demands including working outdoors in all weather conditions and carrying up to 40 pounds. A valid Class C Driver's License and clean driving record are required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
- Is willing to work a minimum of 45 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
- Ability to carry up to 40 pounds short distances
- Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment
- Valid Class C Driver's License (required)
- Record of safe driving for the last three years as shown on current MVR, with no serious accidents or traffic violations (required)
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Related management experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
